Grievance Process

Manorama is committed to an open and transparent approach to resolve outstanding grievances with the involvement of affected stakeholders. Manorama has established a Grievance Process for all internal and external stakeholders who identify issues or incidents in the Manorama supply chain that are not in line with the principles stated in the Manorama Sustainable Sourcing Policy.
