    • All company law / SEBI related compliances documentations / director remuneration / payment quarterly / proper filling of documentation for Manorama & other group Company’s.
    • General budget preparation and management of expenses.
    • Register of directors; Register of charges; register of allotments; register of transfers; register of members;
    • Drafting Minutes of meetings and resolutions; register of secretaries;
    • Register of directors’ interests; register of debenture holders; service contracts of directors; directors’ indemnities;
    • Documents of purchase or redemption the shares out of the capital by a private company;
    • Report to members of the result of investigation put by a company into interests in its own shares.

Job Description / Qualification Requirements

    • Responsible for purchase activities of shea seed from African countries (Ghana, Togo, Ivory Coast, Benin, Mali, Burkina Faso, Nigeria.
    • Responsible to check the requirement of Indents and then acknowledge procurements for the same timely.
    • Responsible for vendor management and congenial professional relationship
    • Ensure purchase SOP completely adhered
    • Ensure before purchase of any item quotations are called and CS prepared and approved with higher management
    • Responsible for Development of New Vendors for all items
    • Help management in reducing cost of purchases by proper strategizing and planning
    • Responsible to attend meetings wherever issues related to material management.
    • Ensure inward and outward SOP and processes are adhered by team
    • Ensure that all bills/invoices with all documents are forwarded to Accounts through checking and validation in lead time
    • Responsible for interviewing and induction of new joiners in department.
    •  Follow-up of supplier payment with Accounts.
    • To ensure that no bills/documents are kept pending without valid reason and if any, then bring this to the knowledge of superiors.
    • Ensure verification advance payment advice and reconciliation of party accounts.
    • Inform the party about receiving of material and in case of return/damage connect with vendors or do the fitment with engineers.
    • Responsible for project purchasing and to complete the process as earliest as possible.
    • Responsible for proper upkeep of documents, Files, Register of the department.
    • Responsible for correspondence with parties for commercial activities.
    • Ensure yearly evaluation & Classification of Vendor are done based on different parameters

Annual Income / Salary

Monthly salary Rs.75,000/- to Rs.100,000/- with all Facilities.
